Goal: Create an effective leadership and teaching practice model that improves equitable outcomes for all.

Initiatives:

  • Unpack and implement The Common Practice Model

  • Strengthen culturally responsive leadership and teaching to ensure high-quality performance

  • Refine our professional growth cycle process to ensure our strengths and talents are recognised and utilised

Success: Staff identify where they are at, understand and action their next steps in order to grow professionally.

Curriculum

Goal: Provide an authentic and engaging curriculum that links to students’ language, culture and identity.

Initiatives:

  • Unpack and implement the New Zealand Curriculum refresh Te Mātaiaho

  • Refine school wide assessment systems for gathering and analysing data to inform teaching practice and student outcomes

  • Implement a robust review process of our systems to see how we are moving toward equitable outcomes for all
